I had a cellphone with CellularOne, and it was stolen. I even had insurance on it, if it was lost or stolen. But they still were no help.

They gave me the run around on no one knew the "phone number to the insurance claim and it isnt with cellular one.

They told me to come back. They keep making me do things for one month and all of a sudden it was to late to file it and now I needed to pay 200.00 for a new phone or pay 300.00 to buy my contract.

The insurance part is a scam. The man that worked for Celluar One told me he didnt even know how to get a hold of anyone to file a claim on a stolen phone. He had worked for them for 7 years. He said they were told to always put the Customer off to make them buy one.

Thanks to Cellular one I am now with Alltel!
