Kia

We have had problems from day one with Kia Customer Service. I have had the air bag go out on my 2004 Kia Optima 3 times and every time I return it to the place I bought it I get rude Customer Service. I started calling Kia direct speaking with them and they were just as rude and not willing to help me even though my car is till under warranty.

Also the paint is chipping and I was only 100 miles over the paint warranty expired and it clearlt is a manufacture problem the woman told me "Well get over it. I guess you could go buy a Sharpie."

After this cars is paid for I will NEVER Buy from Kia and I don't recommend them because of the service experience we have had from the local and the main Kia!
