I was banking with Elk Horn bank and someone had stolen are credit card. I had canceled the card and a year later they would still let people use the card and clean our account out! It would take me going up there and filling out the paper work to get the money back but they would still charge me 25.00 to get "my money" back that should had never been taken out in the first place. We finally had to leave the bank after losing over 800.00 of money that we NEVER got back. It was a nightmare!
